Home News & Events Bursting into bloom
We’ve had a great start to our Gardening Project this year. The grounds around Falkland House School are flourishing thanks to the fantastic efforts and green fingers of our gardening team.
They’ve earnestly sowed and nurtured seeds, created new flower beds and prepared raised beds for vegetables. What’s more, they’ve built a grow house, compost bays and even a wheelbarrow, and toted many a heavy load of compost, wood chips and horse manure.
A big shout out to Annie, our Ground Care Team, and all the FHS staff and pupils who have wholeheartedly thrown themselves into the project.
Thanks to a donation of £10,000 from the Green Initiatives Committee towards a new Polycrub, we’re about to take our project to a whole new level!
